Avoid cooked vegetables

Are you sure that a plate of cooked vegetables will help you keep control of bloating? Not always so. If you have a sensitive stomach or if you are going through a period of stress, you could even get side effects. So try to avoid vegetables prepared or only eat them in moderation.

As much lettuce as you want!

Lettuce contains water and does not cause fermentation in the digestive system. Moreover, crude fiber rapidly stimulates intestinal circulation and your tummy will stay flat.

Drink natural fruit juices

Natural fruit juices are rich in water, mineral salts, vitamins and no fiber (it is present in the whole fruit) that could create problems if you have an “irritable” gut.

Trust in the egg

Eat three eggs at a meal, with nothing else. It will help you shed weight and get an hourglass waist because they do not contain fibers and give you the feeling of fullness. It is however a strategy you can use only in exceptional cases, because it is not correct from a dietary point of view.

Remember! Normally, you can eat up to four eggs per week but not more than two a day.

Water: The secret ingredient

To “deflate” in record time you have to drink, drink, and drink. In the morning, instead of the classical breakfast, just drink one and a half liter of water. You are not used to drinking so much liquid in the morning? Try to do a little effort. It will be quite tiring, but not to drink it all at once. An hour is enough: stay relaxed in your seat and swallows a little water, with patience and calm, to finish a bottle of plain water.
